If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, we will gladly provide you with a refund or replacement product within 45 days of your date of purchase. Orders are refunded to your original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks.

If you are entitled to a refund, the following conditions will apply:

Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase.

The amount refunded will be the purchase price and sales tax paid by you (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), excluding the shipping cost charged with respect to the item.

Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
At this time, we are not able to cancel your order once the order has been placed. Please be sure to carefully review your order summary prior to submitting your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number. We recommend that you check the UPS website using the tracking number provided. If you cannot find the information you need from the shipping carrier website, please contact and we will assist you.
We do our best to make sure you order is shipped the day after you place it. Orders placed on Friday after 9am EST will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Express shipping is offered on all orders.

We are not able to update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Once your order has been placed, we highly suggest making changes through the carrier!
Orders are typically delivered within 5 - 8 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
Delivery to some remote addresses may require up to 2 additional days.
Your order will be shipped after your credit has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed. Some locations in Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may require additional transit time.
A coupon code cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate promotional offers at any time and without notice.

  1. Build your subscription order. Subscribe to the products you want. Nicorette Gum, Lozenge and mini Lozenge offer ways to relieve cravings while controlling your nicotine intake. Choose your preferred form: gum or lozenge
  2. Customize your order. Choose your flavor, strength, and quantities for your recurring shipments. Both gum and lozenge product forms are available for auto-ship in multiple flavors and count sizes.
  3. Choose your delivery cadence. Everyone’s quit journey is different. What does yours look like? Your Nicorette orders can arrive to you at 3 week and 6 week intervals. Adjust, pause, or cancel your shipment at any time.
  4. Enjoy the savings. You’ll receive an email reminder seven days before every shipping date. You can always change flavors, nicotine strengths, quantities, or move the delivery date.
Log into your Nicorette account and once logged in, navigate to My Subscriptions within My Account. Click “Edit” on your active subscription. Here, you can add products, swap products, change the frequency, change the delivery date, skip shipments and more!
