If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, we will gladly provide you with a refund or replacement product within 45 days of your date of purchase. When a refund is issued, it will be for the cost of the goods and will not include the cost of shipping. 

Orders are refunded to your original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. 

We reserve the right to investigate claims that we believe are unfounded or fraudulent.

To request a refund on an order: 

Visit nicorette.returnscenter.com and input your order number and email address to initiate the refund request process. 

If you have issues initiating a refund request, email us.nicorette-orders@gsk.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” In the body of the email, you must provide the applicable order number, the particular item or items you would like to have refunded and the reason for the refund request. 

Within 72 hours, a Nicorette customer support team member will review your case.
