It really does help curve the cravings! I would not have been able to quit with out the lozenges.

The product worked, I quit without any problems after smoking for a long time but.. now I am addicted to the product. I recommend quitting cold turkey versus using this product.

The Nicorette lozenges 4mg are a great tool. I would definitely recommend this product to any one who is trying to quit smoking! A+ product

Since finding out that I had emphysema in 2000, I have struggled to quit smoking. The addiction to tobacco is the worst I have ever experienced. I have tried every flavor available in Nicorette and liked them all and they worked!. After using the 4mg product for awhile, I switched to the 2mg. I continued to use the 2mg in all the flavor assortments until I decided that I was probably ready to be 100% on my own. I have done well, but every now and then I get a real craving for a cigarette so I have decided that I should keep a box of the 2mg Nicorette on hand so I don't ever succumb to the cigarette cravings again. Also, I have tried the generic nicotine products....no no no...not satisfactory.
