My cravings are gone thanks to this gum! I had no clue it would work so fast and taste so good. I use one piece (4 mg) every 2 1/2 hours or so. Smoking attributed to my being out of shape, but just one day after I quit I went for an amazing jog (while chewing Nicorette), and now I'm feeling healthier every single day. Very happy customer!

I quit smoking using White Ice Mint. I have been smoke free for over 6 months now. I feel better. I no longer smell like an ash tray. I am so proud of myself and the gum really took the edge off. Good Luck to everybody. I smoked for 20 years and I couldn't image not smoking. Now I can't imaging lighting up. If I can do so can you!! Thanks NICORETTE!!!!

This product helped me a little bit. The taste is pretty rough but it does take the edge of cravings.

Good product. Helps to take away the cravings and allowed me to finally quit. I would recommend it to anyone trying to quit.

The worked as fast as inhaleing a cigarette. It also gave me something to do with my mouth and hands(unwrapping). The flavor of this gum does a pretty good job making it taste like regular gum. The hard mint shell is good too.

It wasn't easy, but Nicorette made it tolerable. I quit 2 years and 3 months ago. After awhile I never gave smoking a thought, thanks to Nicorette.
